Episode #76: Triple Feature

Welcome everyone to our first Triple Feature episode.  We did our best to keep it to a half hour but failed miserably.  Today your amazing hosts Matt and Mysterious Mike reviewed Bumblebee, Welcome to Marwen, and Vice.  Extracurricular topics included wrestling actors, camera’s, and politics.  To tell you the truth they mostly kept on topic throughout each review.  Matt even reigned in Mike a couple of times if you can believe it!

We are going to try to keep our show notes short and sweet so you can spend your time listen to our pod and not reading about it.  To sum it all up quickly go see Bumblebee and Vice.  Skip Welcome to Marwen unless you are really bored and want to see Steve Carell give one of his best performances ever.  Here go our ratings if you want to skip actual podcast.  Bumblebee, Matt likes it a ton but he is a giant nerd who grew up loving Transformers.  He gives it 4 out of 5 Reels.  Mike really enjoyed it but like always is harsh with his ratings, he gives Bumblebee 3.5 out of 5 Reels.  Neither of your hosts thought highly of Welcome to Marwen.  Mike gives it 2.5 out of 5 Reels.  Matt really was let down by this film and rated it lower than Mike giving it 2 out of 5 Reels.  Our last review is Adam McKay’s Vice.  Matt really enjoyed Vice but thought some of the story telling elements were just weird and take you out of the film.  He awards Vice 3.5 out of 5 Reels.  Mike on the other hand really loved Vice awarding it his highest rating of the 3 films with 4 out of 5 Reels.

We hope you enjoyed our first Triple Feature podcast.  If you did or did not please email or message us and let us know.  Maybe we will do this again when another movie-pocalypse is upon us!  Next week Matt and Mike review Aquaman on Tuesday and another film on Thursday.  What film is the question.  Maybe that new Netflix movie everyone is losing their minds over Bird Box.  Chat at you on Tuesday!
